This workshop is an invitation to experience embroidery as heart-to-hand work — a space with no pressure to rush, only room to learn and enjoy the process.
During this 3-hour session, you will learn:
How to transfer a design
Proper threading and knotting techniques
Five foundational stitches: satin, split, French knot, seed, and loop
How to neatly finish your embroidery piece
Maker’s Note
Embroidery is a slow craft. The intention of this workshop is not to complete the entire piece within three hours (you are unlikely to), but to equip you with the techniques and confidence to continue at your own pace. Be patient with yourself — the beauty is in the process.
