Refund policy

Custom & Commissioned Artwork

All commissioned and personalized embroidery pieces are handmade to order and created specifically for each client. Due to its nature, returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted except in cases of significant error or defect. Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Before work begins, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all reference images, names, dates, wording, and other personalization details. Curlyheadmakes is not responsible for errors in information provided by the client.

Please note that handmade artwork is not intended to be an exact photographic reproduction. Variations in stitching, texture, materials, and artistic interpretation are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Workshop & Classes

Workshop bookings are non-refundable due to limited spaces, advance venue booking, and preparation of materials.

In certain circumstances, and at our discretion, we may offer a transfer, credit, or partial refund depending on notice given and whether the space can be filled.

Cancellations by Participant

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair while managing limited capacity and advance costs such as venue hire and materials.

Change of plans / non-attendance

If you are unable to attend due to personal plans or scheduling conflicts, please reach out as soon as you can. A transfer to the next workshop might be offered on a case by case basis. No refunds, credits, or transfers are given for non-attendance without prior notice.

Illness

If you are unable to attend due to illness, you may transfer your place to another person by notifying us in advance at curlyheadmakes@gmail.com.

If you are unable to arrange a transfer, please contact us as soon as possible. Where feasible, and at our discretion, we may offer a workshop credit or transfer to a future date.

Cancellations or Changes by Us

In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a new date.

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel or accommodation.
